Clue: His lips are not that big. (As they are in the drawing). But maybe from certain perspectives they are. like if you are kissing him and you are shorter than he is.

Dalai Lama.

I can rarely draw accurately. I thought this was better than others. The lips are too large.

okay, one last guess... Could it be his holiness the Dalai Lama. Either that or R.M. Nixon, but the lips are too big.
