Explain more about these time ghost drawings. They look like things I would draw. I draw like a kid. PS. I talked to Treesa today. She doesnt know why you dont talk to her, either. Oh. And I am going out with Bonnie tonight for coffee. Maybe one day O, it won't be lost. What can stay lost forever? I think everything can be saved, but everything can be lost. How boring. wishes cant be lost, and lostness cant be lost, or things/ideas/feelings would not be able to be lost
PS. thanks for the succinct explanation, although i was asking for something a little more personal.. i'm a little more curious about why you posted them and what meaning these particular ones have on you.
well, I guess the first thing I have to say is that it is I, Grainne, who drew and posted these things, and not S.Sandrigon or Olaf or any of the other lovely contributors here, who are my dear friends.
I posted these drawings because of my sense that the readers of this blog may find them worth looking at for any number of reasons.
I made these drawings because I have been feeling compelled to make some of my art specifically acknowledge what I see as a shift to a paradigm that many of us humans have begun to live in just over the period of the last 5-8 years, in which the role of technology in mediating, expanding, or obstructing human relationships has expanded dramatically and become what I view as the essential "zeitgeist". These drawings are meant to reflect upon my thoughts and my feelings about this. thanks for your interest. Grainne Proinseas
Ivy- I would love to send you an invite to read my Penn blog...which is not ongoing, but archived- however, I believe I need your email address in order to send an invite (?) If you want to go to the trouble, e-mail me at lavertige@gmail.com, and I will hook you up. -G
Awesome. I love your work. I thought only one person contributed to this website. Sorry for my confusion. I assumed a "professional" had done them or that somebody copied them off pics off the web. The one that perplexes me the most (comparatively) is the one with the two people dancing. Intimate enough but always with distance between? I see people today with so much space between them they can't dance at all. I'll email you my address, thanks.

zeitgeist= the spirit of an age, the dominant trend or feeling of a time or paradigm.
